Shore Land Zone Permits: Effective as of September 30, 2010, all plumbing permit applications for property in the shore land zone must require prior approval from the Planning Board before the plumbing permit is issued by the Local Plumbing Inspector. To receive a plumbing permit for a subsurface septic system, you need 3 copies of the HHE 200 form (which is the design papers prepared by the soil evaluator).
